Well it is that time of year again. I am busy burning the candle at both ends (job, and gigging with the band). It is the season for a lot of club bookings and live shows, at the same time I have been putting in some serious overtime at my job for extra Holiday money.

It was not to long ago that Christmas meant so little to me. Now I take it all in from decorating my house, to getting the bookings of some good holiday shows to play at. I feel like I was reborn in Christmas season again. it is like it was when I was a kid.

I begin the new year without the ex-girlfriend (I threw her out of my house). My house is my castle again. I can enjoy myself free of the three years of hell she put me through. I am so glad that all my properties are in MY name. Enough of that for now.

Just enjoy your holidays as I am now enjoying mine.

It has been a long time since I have been on this account, and to tell you quite frankly that was a GOOD long time.

Right now I would like to explain a little something to the cats over at Fantoon Club, and Charlie Crocker. It appears there seems to be a little miscommunication on what an artist's rights are. I enjoy all kinds of artwork, and that can be both erotic and non-erotic. While I am currently (and have been for the last couple of years) involved with another art called music (recording right now), I have noticed a growing concern between all artists in regards to Charlie and his fanpages.

It appears he does not read any of the laws of this proud country called the United States. ALL artists are protected by laws and powers regarding artistical content (pedo pukes do not count in my book). It seems Charlie's little "gang" wants to go after erotic versions of their favorite cartoons. Shame on you Charlie for your self-righteous attitude towards other artists! Have you studied the use of "parodies" in the fair use of the U.S. Copyright Act? I think it would be very interesting reading before you implant yourself and your minions on other sites (Rule 34, WWOEC, Hentai Foundry, etc) just to merrily go out of your way to pick on some artist for said content, just to satisfy your AGENDA.

I have turned back to my number one art of guitar playing, because I really do not want to post art anymore. Charlie and I know the art we are talking about - but let him explain. Call him out and queation his motives.

In the fit of frustration to try to communicate to a boy in a man's body, I have posted a little protest pic. You folks be the judge. Once again, the content is ideologically questionable, but remember - this is the use of parody. I have posted this on some of the other sites and have gotten a lot of comments - many who agree Charlie needs to take time and study the laws of our country before spewing his selfishness.
